Reginal Development Initiative (RDI) is an organisation founded in 2021 to support youth in their pursuit of education and career development.
RDI has a clear focus on communities outside of major cities and targets first and foremost developing countries, where access to educational opportunities and options for career development are more limited than in major metropolitan areas.
Our Mission is:
Enabling education, development and growth for young people outside of major cities and metropolitan areas.
We achieve this mission by focusing on linking experienced professionals from Europe and the USA with students and youth at the start of their careers in areas with poor access to information or career opportunities.
RDI offers the following services:
- Conferences & Educational Camps
- Seminars and Trainings
- Professional Mentoring
We also provide Consulting Services in the areas of higher education and career development.
